Tapping into your wholeness and allowing yourself to just be present. Teaching your mind to slow the inner chatter. To practice safe restorative relaxation without distraction. These events are designed to move our energy through sound, there may be times when you feel high vibrations in the body and uncomfortableness. Just know that you are always supported before, during, and after the session. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, pillow, and a journal (if that calls to you). I encourage you to wear something comfortable and layers are great for these events as your body temperature can change quickly.
