Join us for a special long-table dinner at Whiskey Creek Ranch.

On September 11, we’ll kick-off the Garlic Festival weekend with a beautiful, abundant meal shared around long tables in our restored barn at the edge of the woods.

And when we say dinner, we mean A DINNER to remember 🤩

Throughout the evening, our guests will share many different plates together (7+), served family-style, and passed around the table. The kind of meal where you try a little of everything, go back for your favourites, pass the platter to your neighbour, and take a moment to chew slowly and take it all in.

We’re bringing Casey, from The Black Market Food Co in GP, to our little corner of northern BC to take ingredients grown and raised here in the north Peace and turn them into something really special. Much of the menu will begin right here at Whiskey Creek Ranch, complemented by beautiful ingredients from other local farmers and food producers we’re proud to work alongside.

We know this is a special-occasion ticket, and we’ve designed the evening to feel like one; from the quality and abundance of the food to the setting, the service, and the intimate gathering around our long tables.

This isn’t a dinner we want to rush. Harvest is in full swing and it’s time to relish in it. It’s finding your seat in an old barn given a new life. It’s plates of beautiful food landing on the table one after another. It’s garlic, good conversation, full glasses, second helpings and an evening spent celebrating what can be grown and created right here in the Peace.
